这是bug么？只有 范德萨发大水 正常显示，阿萨德飞，的飞是乱码，犬瘟热，干脆就报服务器错误，request 404什么的。
我只能用urlencode()了，但是，url感觉太玄幻了，不好记，不友好，不利于seo
