例如我的地址 原来是
http://php.xxxxx.com/Index-pwds.html
新的地址改成
http://php.xxxxx.com/user-pwds.html

路由规则是
'URL_ROUTER_ON' => true,
'URL_ROUTE_RULES' => array(
'user/:1' => 'Index/:1',
),

用{:U('index/pwds')} 生成的地址是
http://php.xxxxx.com/Index-pwds.html
而不是
http://php.xxxxx.com/user-pwds.html

需要用 {:U('user/pwds')} 才可以

定义了路由规则，怎么U方法不是根据规则生成地址呢？？？
而需要自己更改。。
